They may have very slight edge or corner wear noticeable only on close inspection. This is our usual grade for fresh-from-the-pack cards. SP: Slightly played cards show definite, but very minor wear. They may have minor border or corner wear, slight scratching or scuffing, or even a few edge nicks. There will be no fading, bends or creases. MP: Moderately played cards show moderate wear. This may include moderate border or corner wear, moderate whitening on the front or back of the card, major scratches or slight creasing. Cards may contain inking. Any cards containing inking will never be graded above moderate. Cards in this condition may require sleeves for tournament play. Details on specific damage will be available in the auction description. HP: Any cards with conditions worse than MP will be in this category. Heavily played cards show heavy/extreme wear. Examples would include cards with writing on the back, heavy water damage, major whitening, heavy creases, or major inking. These cards may have heavy corner or border wear, tears, holes, heavy fading, etc. These cards will most likely require sleeves for use in tournament play. All heavily played cards will be listed with accurate descriptions of the damage present. Please note: Grading is subjective and we make no claims to being perfect.
